I come from a background in school social work, where I have helped hundreds of students manage various mental health issues. Since my transition to private practice in 2016, I have expanded my client population to include people of all ages, with a focus on those adjusting to young adulthood in college and beyond. I am passionate about helping others uncover and better utilize their innate individual strengths. I tailor my therapeutic approach to the client’s needs, usually from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to: adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, Christian counseling, depressive disorders, and self-esteem issues.
