My vision is to provide an environment where clients can feel seen, heard, known, and cared for in order to heal. My mission is to help my clients learn how to live life abundantly by healing from past wounds and to learn how to thrive in every season of life. I felt God’s call to begin my journey as a counselor after serving as a missionary for a campus ministry from 2020-2022. After seeing so many students struggling with their mental health and having difficulty finding affordable faith-based counseling, I felt God put it on my heart to pursue a career in counseling. My integrative therapeutic approach is informed by my faith in the Bible as well as my knowledge in Counseling Psychology.

I have an interest in meeting with individuals and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, trauma, and PTSD. I am also interested in working with couples experiencing marital distress or who are seeking pre-marital counseling. I am dedicated to providing counseling that integrates a faith-based and Biblical worldview. If you are tired of just surviving in life and instead desire to thrive, I would love to set up an appointment and meet with you.
For pleasure I enjoy spending time exploring new towns with my husband and family, reading, going for walks, and being creative with art and music.
