Genevieve Kennedy, Intern

Healing begins when you feel safe, heard, and understood. My role is to help create that space, using a strengths-based and person-centered approach, and walk alongside you on your journey to wellness.
I work with individuals and couples navigating issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, and parenting stress. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or just a sense that something isn't quite right, we'll start where you are. Before entering counseling, my work in the nonprofit sector taught me that everyone carries a story worth hearing. Now, I am excited to hear your story and help you achieve greater mental health through a collaborative, therapeutic relationship. |
Outside of work, you’ll find me reading a good book, walking my dog, spending time with family, and cheering on the University of Michigan teams.
