Emily Kennedy LMSW
I’m glad you're here. I believe therapy is a powerful way to overcome emotional burdens. My goal is to equip you with the tools to navigate day-to-day challenges, life’s tough moments, and past traumas. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approach that is client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental. I work primarily with teens, adults, and older adults. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, trauma, ADD/ADHD, and adjusting to different life stages.

I live on a small hobby farm and enjoy tending to the goats, cattle, horse and rabbits with my husband and three children. I also enjoy fishing and traveling.
